Product Detail
Description
HDPE geomembrane and composite geomembrane (one layer of geotextile and one layer of membrane/two layers of geotextile and one layer of membrane) are commonly used in water conservancy projects. They are mainly used for: seepage prevention, leakage prevention, and reinforcement of reservoirs, dams, and dikes; seepage prevention and water conservation in irrigation channels, water diversion channels, and aqueducts; seepage prevention in artificial lakes, landscape ponds, and reservoirs; and seepage prevention in dam slope protection, tailings ponds, and cofferdams.
Common thicknesses for HDPE geomembrane in water conservancy projects: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.5mm.
The most common type used in channels and dams is the two-layer geotextile and one-layer membrane.
Common specifications include:
200g/㎡ geotextile + 0.3mm membrane + 200g/㎡ geotextile;
300g/㎡ geotextile + 0.5mm membrane + 300g/㎡ geotextile.
Key Selling Points
Superior Impermeability
Creates a reliable and continuous barrier layer to effectively reduce seepage and contamination migration.
Excellent Mechanical Performance
Offers high tensile strength, elongation, and puncture resistance for complex subgrades and loading conditions.
Strong Chemical Resistance
Suitable for wastewater, industrial liquids, and chemically aggressive environments.
Outstanding Weather and UV Resistance
Performs well under high temperature, low temperature, sunlight, and long-term outdoor exposure.
Installation-Friendly
Easy to weld and seam on site, improving installation efficiency and reducing construction difficulty.
